Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original factory packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the shipping box and send the package to our service center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
